Segundo día en Bakuriani (Georgia), dedicado a entender que significa liderar y los tipos de liderazgo. Durante la jornada de mañana nos hemos dividido en grupos de trabajo para definir que LIDERAZGO y las diferentes maneras que hay de liderar, como por ejemplo: Autocrático, Democrático, Transaccional, Transformacional, Laissez Faire, etc…
En la jornada de tarde hemos debatido sobre los lideres más representativos de nuestro tiempo y del pasado; y las capacidades que les diferenciaban de otros lideres destacados. Han salido ejemplos como Nelson Mandela, Martin Luther King, Rosa Parks, etc… Es imprescindible tener un objetivo claro, ser capaz de explicarlo claramente y defenderlo frente a los demás.
Por último, hemos dedicado el día a celebrar la noche intercultural, una buena manera de aprender de otras culturas. Hay barreras, como el idioma, que parece que nos separan, pero al final son muchas más las cosas que nos unen.

Second day in Bakuriani (Georgia), dedicated to understanding what it means to lead and the types of leadership. During the morning day we have divided into working groups to define what LEADERSHIP is and the different ways of leading, such as: Autocratic, Democratic, Transactional, Transformational, Laissez Faire, etc…
In the afternoon we discussed the most representative leaders of our time and of the past; and the skills that differentiated them from other outstanding leaders. Examples such as Nelson Mandela, Martin Luther King, Rosa Parks, etc… It is essential to have a clear objective, to be able to explain it clearly and to defend it to others.
Finally, we have dedicated the day to celebrate the intercultural night, a good way to learn from other cultures. There are barriers, such as language, that seem to separate us, but in the end there are many more things that unite us.
