El programa Erasmus+ ha sido un pilar fundamental en la promoción de la educación, la formación y el deporte en Europa y para el trabajo del C. D. La Paz. En este contexto, desde el próximo 7 de octubre, el C. D. La Paz, va a realizar un intercambio juvenil deportivo que reunirá a 57 jóvenes de siete países diferentes, creando una experiencia enriquecedora que pretende ir más allá de la simple práctica deportiva. Este evento no solo se centra en el desarrollo de habilidades deportivas, sino que también busca fomentar valores y competencias esenciales para la vida de todos los participantes.
The Erasmus+ programme has been a fundamental pillar in the promotion of education, training and sport in Europe and for the work of C. D. La Paz. In this context, from the 7th of October, C. D. La Paz, is going to carry out a youth sports exchange that will bring together 57 young people from seven different countries, creating an enriching experience that aims to go beyond the simple practice of sport. This event not only focuses on the development of sporting skills, but also seeks to promote values and essential life skills for all participants.
Un Encuentro Multicultural / A Multicultural Encounter
Los participantes, provenientes de España, Italia, Turquía, Serbia, Rumanía, Túnez y Lituania, se reunirán en el Albergue Juvenil Argentina (Benicasim), en un entorno acogedor y colaborativo. Durante una semana, los jóvenes tendrán la oportunidad de compartir sus culturas, tradiciones y, sobre todo, su pasión por el deporte. Las actividades incluirán talleres, competiciones amistosas y dinámicas de grupo, todas diseñadas para promover el trabajo en equipo, la comunicación y el respeto mutuo.
The participants, coming from Spain, Italy, Turkey, Serbia, Romania, Tunisia and Lithuania, will meet at the Albergue Juvenil Argentina (Benicasim), in a welcoming and collaborative environment. For one week, the young people will have the opportunity to share their cultures, traditions and, above all, their passion for sport. Activities will include workshops, friendly competitions and group dynamics, all designed to promote teamwork, communication and mutual respect.
Valores a Través del Deporte / Values through Sport
El deporte es un vehículo poderoso para la enseñanza de valores fundamentales. A lo largo del intercambio, los jóvenes trabajarán sobre la importancia de la solidaridad, la inclusión y la tolerancia. A través de juegos en equipo y actividades deportivas, se enfatizará la necesidad de apoyar a los compañeros, independientemente de su nivel de habilidad. Este enfoque no solo fomenta un ambiente inclusivo, sino que también ayuda a los participantes a desarrollar empatía y comprensión hacia los demás.
Sport is a powerful vehicle for teaching fundamental values. Throughout the exchange, young people will work on the importance of solidarity, inclusion and tolerance. Through team games and sporting activities, the need to support peers, regardless of their level of ability, will be emphasised. This approach not only fosters an inclusive environment, but also helps participants develop empathy and understanding for others.
Desarrollo de Competencias / Competence Development
Además de los valores, el intercambio también se centrará en la adquisición de competencias clave. Los jóvenes participarán en talleres que abordarán habilidades como el liderazgo, la resolución de conflictos y la gestión del tiempo. Estas competencias son esenciales no solo en el ámbito deportivo, sino también en la vida cotidiana y en el futuro profesional de los participantes. Al trabajar juntos en diversas actividades, los jóvenes pudieron practicar y mejorar estas habilidades en un entorno seguro y de apoyo.
In addition to values, the exchange will also focus on the acquisition of key competences. The young people will participate in workshops that will address skills such as leadership, conflict resolution and time management. These skills are essential not only in the field of sport, but also in the daily life and professional future of the participants. By working together in various activities, the young people were able to practice and improve these skills in a safe and supportive environment.
Impacto Duradero / Lasting Impact
El impacto de este intercambio irá más allá de la semana de actividades. Los participantes regresarán a sus países con nuevas amistades, una mayor comprensión cultural y una visión más inclusiva y solidaria del mundo.
Este ha sido un paso más en el camino que iniciamos en el 2019 cuando realizamos nuestro primer Erasmus+ y parada necesaria para contactar con socios con los que seguir colaborando en proyectos futuros y así aplicar lo aprendido en las comunidades locales. Ya que este tipo de intercambios no solo contribuyen al desarrollo personal de los jóvenes, sino que también crea impacto en las comunidades de origen.
The impact of this exchange will go beyond the week of activities. Participants will return to their countries with new friendships, a greater cultural understanding and a more inclusive and supportive vision of the world.
This has been another step on the path that we started in 2019 when we carried out our first Erasmus+ and a necessary stop to contact partners with whom to continue collaborating on future projects and thus apply what we have learned in local communities. This type of exchange not only contributes to the personal development of young people, but also creates an impact on the communities of origin.
